Supply List

My recommendations:

Canvas -

I use a Gallery Wrapped Canvas 16x20 inches similar to this:

https://www.amazon.com/Practica-Economy-Stretched-Cotton-Painting/dp/B019PBSJYI/ref=sr_1_10?dchild=1&keywords=canvas+wrapped+16x20&qid=1589413009&sr=8-10

Brushes -

Brush set (min of: 1 largish brush (~1-2inches square brush), 1 med brush (1/2inch to 1inch square brush) and 1 detail brush (very small round brush) I suggest this set:

https://www.amazon.com/ONE-HAPPY-CHOICE-Synthetic-Watercolor/dp/B0743GKDYM

Paints -

I suggest getting this set, as it will work for multiple paintings, otherwise just purchase paints needed for the painting you are doing:

https://www.amazon.com/FolkArt-PROMOGLS16-Enamel-Glass-Painting/dp/B076CQGKQ6/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=folk+art+paint+sets&qid=1589413082&sr=8-1

  • Towel or Paper towels to wipe brushes on
  • Water cup- I use pint sized mason jars (I suggest warm water)

Optional

Table top easel -

These are the easels I use and love them! this isn't necessary, you can prop your painting up against a box or wall if you'd like, I find it easier to paint on an easel:

https://www.amazon.com/US-Art-Supply-Adjustable-Portable/dp/B00L5PT20S/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=table+top+easel&qid=1589412401&sr=8-6

Table cloth, newspaper, or cardboard -

to cover your area so you don't get paint on it as acrylic does NOT wash out.

Apron -

to save your clothes, or just wear something you don't mind getting paint on.

Computer/Phone/Tablet -

to stream the class via Zoom (I will provide the link)

Carbon paper -

Depending on the painting, especially for the Paint Your Pet class.

Blow drier -

Makes drying between steps faster.
